On August 23, Donper signed the sole agency agreement about off-grid inverter in Iran 
and northern Iraq with Nigeria company.

During the time, Lima, the CEO of Nigeria company have a thorough understanding of 
Donper R&D, production . GM Mr. Zheng accompanied Lima to visit R & D center, 
production workshops, product experience center. Lima gave a high evaluation and 
praise to the product development, design, manufacture and the perfect testing
